Reviews about Companion Care Vets Tunbridge Wells
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Our dog had an unfortunate accident, we have received the best treatment and the doctors and receptionist are nice and accommodating. We have trusted the practice and we have been fair paying the bill ourselves and paid £7 for our claim form to be sent to the insurance company. A week past and I have checked and the paperwork has not been completed and we are out of pocket with quite a consistent amount considering I am on maternity leave . I was hoping that in return the practice would be fair to us and sent the paperwork as a priority as we have paid the bill. I hope the situation to be sorted soon and a official apology will be sent soon. I am upset to be honest as I treat people with trust respect and fairness and I expect the same .by Ana ClarkeSeptember 02, 2017
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This practice is a scam! Avoid! They build up your bills to enormous level by hidden charges and deceptions. We made an appointment for vaccination only (hooked on apparent last day deal). The vet instead of vaccination examined the dog, found some allergic skin irritation and raised the bill to unaffordable FOUR TIMES the price. When we've refused the proposed treatment they issued us a bill for a consultation. In vain we've tried to reason with them: “we did not asked for a consultation, nor we were told that it could be compulsory..” Eventually, insulted by a rude receptionist, we left the practice with NO VACCINATION DONE and with a consultation fee bill. Later another vet practice suggested that the alleged skin irritation is not an issue – £6 anti-fungal shampoo will do.by Andre AlexJuly 03, 2017
